We guarantee to refund unworn and unwashed items you purchased at Andrew Kayla site when you return it in sellable condition, with the packaging and printed receipt/order confirmation email, within 30 days of your purchase. *Some restrictions apply.

Items purchased from Andrew Kayla stores or other retailers, including department stores, should be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and will be subject to the return policy of the originating store or retailer.
How can I return my order?
You may return online orders via courier. If you are shipping the product directly back to us, you are responsible for all the shipping costs. Note that Paypal purchases are only refundable through Paypal if returned by Mail.
To initiate your refund, simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name, and we will reply you with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
How long will it take for me to receive my refund?
If you paid for the products online, the refund will typically be paid to your account within 4-7 business days upon us receiving the returned products. (Actual refund date is subject to the process period of the relevant bank/Alipay/Paypal）
Returned Products must first be inspected to determine whether the unit is in saleable condition prior to any refunds being processed. The determination of the Return Fees is entirely at our discretion.
How can I exchange my order?
If you are not fully satisfied with your items, please visit one of our store locations and our associates will help you find the style or size that's right for you. We currently do not offer you exchanges through our online system.
